Member Enrollment Agreement

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in any MSM program. By enrolling, you confirm that you are 18 or older. MSM reserves the right to verify age and remove any participant found to be under 18 without refund.

These terms apply to all MSM programs and offerings, including but not limited to the 12-week Group Training, 1:1 Coaching, the MSM Brotherhood community subscription, and any future programs offered by Men's Sexual Mastery LLC. Specific pricing, payment plans, and program details are stated at the point of enrollment and are subject to change for future enrollments.

MSM provides personal development education focused on men's sexual health, vitality, and relational fulfillment. MSM is a self-development program. MSM does not provide therapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, sex therapy, or any licensed professional healthcare service. Coaches and staff are not licensed medical or mental health professionals. Nothing within the program constitutes a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

Before participating in any MSM program, especially those involving breathwork, embodiment practices, or intensive personal development work, you are strongly encouraged to consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider to confirm that participation is appropriate for your current health status.

Breathwork and embodiment practices carry inherent risks. These practices may be contraindicated for individuals with cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe anxiety or panic disorder, active psychosis or psychiatric instability, significant trauma history, pregnancy, or recent surgery. If any of these apply to you, obtain medical clearance before participating.

MSM programs contain explicit educational content related to human sexuality, sexual anatomy, sexual energy practices, and male sexual health. By enrolling, you confirm that:

You are voluntarily accessing this content as a consenting adult

You understand this content is strictly educational in nature

This content is not pornography or entertainment

You are solely responsible for your own responses to this material

All enrollment fees and payment plan installments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Fixed-term programs (including but not limited to the 12-week Group Training and 1:1 Coaching packages): Your enrollment immediately reserves your place, allocates coaching time, and provides access to digital materials and community resources. All payments under a fixed-term plan are fully committed at the time of enrollment. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled installments regardless of whether you continue active participation.

Subscription programs (MSM Brotherhood and any ongoing subscription offerings): You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable.

Specific pricing and payment schedules are disclosed at the point of enrollment. All program prices are subject to change for future enrollments.

The MSM Brotherhood is a monthly membership program. The following billing terms apply specifically to this plan:

Monthly fee: $99.00 USD per month.

Automatic renewal: Your membership renews automatically each month on the date you enrolled. Your payment method on file will be charged $99.00 on each renewal date without further action required from you.

Cancel anytime: You may cancel your membership at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain full access to all Brotherhood content and calls through the end of that period.

No refunds on current period: Cancellations apply to future billing only. The current month's payment is non-refundable.

How to cancel: Email support@menssexualmastery.com with your name and enrollment email. We will confirm cancellation within one business day and ensure no further charges are processed.

Failed payments: If a monthly charge fails, your access may be paused until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email with instructions to update your payment method.

By enrolling in the MSM Brotherhood, you authorize Men's Sexual Mastery LLC to charge your payment method $99.00 USD on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

MSM is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants. MSM reserves the right to remove any Member without refund for conduct that is unsafe, abusive, harassing, threatening, sexually inappropriate toward other members, materially disruptive to the program community, or in violation of any provision of these terms.

Removal from the program results in the immediate loss of access to all program materials, calls, and community spaces. Removal does not alter or extinguish your payment obligation. If you are on a payment plan at the time of removal, your scheduled installments continue on their original timeline. You remain bound to your full payment commitment regardless of your participation status.

All MSM group spaces, calls, and communications are confidential. You agree not to record, reproduce, share, or distribute the content of MSM calls, group discussions, or fellow participant disclosures without explicit written permission from MSM and the relevant parties.

MSM may record group calls and sessions. All recorded calls are permanently deleted seven (7) days after the call. MSM will not distribute recordings publicly or use them in marketing materials.

All MSM videos, course materials, frameworks, written content, guided practices, and teachings are the exclusive intellectual property of Men's Sexual Mastery LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, or otherwise use MSM content outside the program without explicit written permission. Violation may result in removal from the program without refund and potential legal action.

10.1 No guarantee of specific outcomes. MSM does not guarantee any specific physical, sexual, emotional, or relational outcome, including any response from a partner. Your progress depends on your personal commitment, consistency of practice, and individual circumstances. Testimonials shared on our platforms reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results.

10.2 The Success Commitment. For Members enrolled in the 12-week Group Training, MSM makes the following commitment. If you do the work and do not make progress toward your goal, you may keep training with MSM at no additional cost until you do, as set out in this Section. "Doing the work" means all of the following:

(a) You attend at least 80% of the live group calls in your program;

(b) You complete at least 80% of your daily check-ins;

(c) You attend all of the 1:1 sessions included in your program; and

(d) You complete the Mastery Scorecard at the start of the program (week 0) and at the end of the program (week 12).

10.3 How progress is measured. At week 0, you will set a primary goal with your coach and rate yourself on it from 1 to 10 on the Mastery Scorecard. At week 12, you will rate yourself on the same goal again. "Progress" means your week-12 rating is at least two (2) points higher than your week-0 rating.

10.4 What continued training includes. If you meet every requirement in 10.2 and your Scorecard does not show progress, you may join the next available training circle at no additional cost. Continued training includes that circle's live group calls, a daily accountability partner, community access, and one (1) 1:1 session per additional circle. It does not include unlimited 1:1 sessions. Returning Members join outside the circle's enrollment limit. You may continue into later circles on the same basis, provided you meet the requirements in 10.2 in each additional circle, until your Scorecard shows progress.

10.5 How to request it. Email support@menssexualmastery.com within fourteen (14) days after the final live call of your program and request continued training under the Success Commitment. MSM will confirm your eligibility using its attendance and check-in records and your Scorecard, and will reply with your start date in the next available circle.

10.6 The Life Happens Promise. If illness, injury, travel, or a family crisis takes you off course during the 12-week Group Training, you may move to the next available circle once, at no additional cost. To use it, email support@menssexualmastery.com before the end of week 6 of your program. The Life Happens Promise is available once per Member. If you use it, the requirements in 10.2 are measured in the circle you join.

10.7 Not a refund. The Success Commitment and the Life Happens Promise are your sole remedies if you do not achieve the results you hoped for or cannot continue in your original circle. Neither creates any right to a refund, credit, or transfer. Your payment obligations under Section 5 remain unchanged, including any scheduled payment plan installments.

10.8 When these promises do not apply. The Success Commitment and the Life Happens Promise do not apply if you are removed from the program under Section 6, or if your access is paused or ended for non-payment under Section 12. The Success Commitment also does not apply if you do not meet the requirements in 10.2.

10.9 Who they apply to. The Success Commitment and the Life Happens Promise apply to 12-week Group Training enrollments made on or after the "Last updated" date at the top of this agreement. Members who enrolled before that date remain under the terms in effect when they enrolled.

MSM collects personal information (including name, email address, phone number, and any health disclosures you voluntarily provide) solely for program administration, communication, and service delivery. We do not sell your personal information. Health-related disclosures are treated with strict confidentiality. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@menssexualmastery.com. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy at menssexualmastery.com/privacy.

If a scheduled payment fails, you must update your payment method within seven (7) days. Program access may be paused until the outstanding balance is resolved. Persistent non-payment may result in removal from the program and pursuit of outstanding balances through legal or collections processes.

You agree not to harass other participants, solicit commercial business within MSM spaces, share explicit or illegal content, or distribute MSM materials outside the program. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

MSM reserves the right to modify program schedules, content, delivery format, or coaching personnel with reasonable notice to enrolled members. In the event of circumstances beyond MSM's reasonable control, including illness, technical failure, natural disaster, or other force majeure events, MSM may reschedule, modify, or substitute program delivery without triggering refund obligations.

MSM may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Continued participation in any MSM program after the effective date of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MSM's total liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim. MSM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to physical, emotional, or relational harm arising from program participation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Men's Sexual Mastery LLC, its owners, coaches, staff, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your participation, your conduct, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your participation in any MSM program shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Travis County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial.

If you reside outside the United States, you agree that Texas law governs this agreement to the fullest extent permitted in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Men's Sexual Mastery LLC regarding program enrollment and supersede any prior representations, communications, or agreements.

BY ENROLLING IN ANY MSM PROGRAM, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST MEN'S SEXUAL MASTERY LLC. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY.
